Does this sound familiar?
If you’ve been holding it together on the outside while crumbling inside, you’re not alone.
• You feel anxious, overwhelmed, or shut down and are not sure why
• You know there are childhood wounds you want to heal
• You get reactive with the people you love, then feel guilt or confusion
• You feel like you’ve always carried the emotional weight in your family
• You’re tired of feeling stuck and want real change
If any of this feels close to home, you are in the right place.

How I help
I grew up in a chaotic home, and I know what it’s like to hide the abuse and pretend everything is fine. Whether you were the kid who stayed quiet, acted out, shut down, or held it all together, trauma leaves fingerprints on adulthood. If you carried the emotional weight of your family’s chaos, you are welcome here.
I am a family wound repair specialist. I help people understand their past, break painful cycles, and feel more like themselves again. Many people come to me because their anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles feel bigger than they can explain. Therapy helps you understand why and finally get relief.
My approach is grounded, steady, and built for people who grew up in chaos or intensity. We make sure you feel safe and supported as you learn to heal your trauma. As your capacity grows, sessions often feel clear, liberating, and empowering.
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist providing online therapy for adults in California.
How it works
1. Schedule a free 15 minute call
Click the button below and fill out the contact form for Bright Heart Therapy, the private practice I work with. I’ll follow up within 24 hours to connect with you.
2. Talk about what you are going through
We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what you’re hoping will be different, and how therapy with me can help. I’ll also answer questions about fees and scheduling so you can decide what feels right.
3. Start therapy
If we both feel like it’s a match, we’ll schedule your first online therapy appointment and begin the work of understanding your story, healing old wounds, and changing painful patterns.
You don’t have to have the perfect words. If life feels heavier than it should, that is enough reason to reach out.
